3) Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of current and future recruitments – pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. and the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 and the Labor Code of June 26, 1974.

4) Your personal data will be stored for the period of this and future recruitments

5) you have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time

6) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UODO when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the administrator in breach of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016.

7) providing personal data is obligatory based on legal regulations and is voluntary in the remaining scope

8) Your data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. Automated decision-making will take place on the terms set out in the recruitment regulations, the consequence of such processing will be contact only with selected Candidates.

4) the recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions, Customers e-work HR Company Poland Sp. z o.o. (Employers Users) and Contractors e-work HR Company Poland Sp. z o.o. (Service providers and suppliers)

5) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 50 years, based on the Labor Code and in other cases until the cessation of business reasons and until consent is withdrawn

6) you have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, the right to rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint to the UODO, when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the administrator in breach of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.

8) providing personal data is mandatory under the law and is voluntary in the remaining scope, however, failure to provide data may result in refusal to take an employment relationship

3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract – pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. b of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016.

4) recipients of your personal data will be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities participating in the implementation of the contract

5) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years or based on a legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (the data is processed until processing ceases for business planning purposes)

6) you have the right to: request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UODO when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the administrator in breach of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.

8) providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in a refusal to conclude a contract

9) Your data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.

INFORMATION CLAUSE regarding the Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016 (Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) we would like to inform you that:

4) recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions, insurers, analytical laboratories

5) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 20 years

6) you have the right to: request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it or limit processing

7) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UODO when it is justified that your personal data is processed by the administrator in breach of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.

8) providing personal data is obligatory based on legal regulations and is voluntary in the remaining scope, however, it may result in refusal to provide medical services.
